• No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or preference-based reasons.

• Quality Check: Every item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and work with you to resolve the matter appropriately (replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion).
